Nurse Manager
Sunshine is now hiring a full-time, salary exempt, Nurse Manager. You will be responsible for the daily nursing operations, supervising a team of nursing personnel while working in conjunction with all other staff to provide exceptional quality of care through a holistic approach. As a nurse manager, you also oversee prescribed medical treatments and personal care services to Sunshine’s residents and clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and be an active RN.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to demonstrate patience and compassion with excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Good attendance record a must.
- Prior DD experience required.
